Nate has been doing CrossFit for about 2 years. His previous athletics experience is in baseball, football, basketball, tennis, and track and field. While preparing for these sports he got into strength training and fell in love with the challenge of pushing his body beyond its normal human limitations. So he started doing bodybuilding about 3 years before he found CrossFit and really enjoyed this amazing sport of constantly pushing limitations. He has a CrossFit level one (March 2015), and my USAW weightlifting certification (March 2017).”I would like to say i know there are a lot of amazing people out there and they are doing amazing things every day. But I have to say from personal experience I have never been more amazed by people and how they can preform and how hard they are willing to go in order to break barriers and push limitation. All to simply better themselves.”
